Steinhaus Original – Regular Showcases and/or Events

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at showcase events hosted by Steinhaus Original (“we,” “us,” “our”) at Sutton Forest NSW. By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or interacting with our services in relation to these events, you agree to be bound by the following:
1. Ticketing and Booking
1.1 Ticket Only Entry
All showcase events are ticketed and require pre-purchase for entry. No walk-ins or door sales will be permitted unless explicitly advertised.
1.2 Booking Process
Tickets may be booked via our official website or approved third-party platforms. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.
1.3 Ticket Limits
Ticket numbers are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets per person or group.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Customer Cancellations
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or non-attendance. However, tickets may be transferable to another person with prior written notice to us.
2.2 Event Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a showcase, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer of your booking to a future event (subject to availability).
We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to cancellation.
3. Event Experience
3.1 Set or Themed Format
Each monthly event may have a unique theme. Details are advertised in advance. Menus and entertainment are curated to reflect the event and may not be altered on request.
3.2 Dietary Requirements
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions if notified at the time of booking. Requests made later may not be guaranteed.
3.3 Seating Arrangements
Seating may be communal or arranged to reflect the theme and is at our discretion unless specified during booking.
4. Conduct and Safety
4.1 Responsible Behaviour
Guests must behave respectfully and follow all instructions from staff. We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject guests who are disruptive or intoxicated, without refund.
4.2 Age Restrictions
Some events may be age-restricted. You must be of the minimum age specified for the event. Valid ID may be requested on entry.
5. Photography and Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in marketing material, please notify staff upon arrival.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at our events, except where required by law. Attendance is at your own risk.
7. Privacy
All personal data collected during ticketing will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on request). We will never sell or share your data with third parties without consent.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and apply to all future ticket purchases.
